Do you service schools outside of your regional area?

Yes! Our yearbook program is designed to allow you to create your yearbook from anywhere in the Continental United States. Our support team is available to help answer your questions and provide you with the best yearbook experience, no matter where you are.

We don’t have a dedicated Yearbook Chair to design our yearbook. What are our options?

Our Yearbook Creation Program is your answer! For just a minimal creation fee, our team will either layout the entire yearbook for you or template your yearbook to help the design get started. Whichever option you choose, we would just need a point of contact to provide pictures and for us to correspond with.

What type of training do you provide?

We offer many methods of training to fit the advisor’s specific needs. Webinars, one-on-one meetings in person or Zoom, Yearbook Workshops and in-class training are just a few ways we can provide our yearbook expertise.

How do we receive portraits from our School Photographer to use in the yearbook?

Every school photographer is required to provide the school portraits on a Yearbook PSPA disc. Please request this from our school photographer and either upload it at your leisure or send it in to us for our team to upload for you.

Our school wants to offer online ordering. Is that something that your program supports?

Online store fronts for parents to purchase yearbooks and dedication ads can be set up on all our offered software platforms! Please note that a service fee applies to all orders collected online. Contact your Got Yearbooks? Representative to help set it up!

Can parents order directly through Got Yearbooks?

Since sales campaigns are determined by the school, our policy is that we do not sell yearbooks directly to parents to avoid undermining the school’s ordering decisions. If a parent contacts us during the school’s active selling period, we are more than happy to assist them with their purchase. After yearbooks have been printed and delivered, we let parents know of our policy and will pass their contact information to the yearbook advisor to follow up and their own discretion.

Are we obligated to stick to the number of books and pages listed on our quote or contract?

Your page and book count can be adjusted up until you submit your yearbook. This will result in your pricing to either decrease or increase from your original contacted price, based upon the original number of pages and yearbooks. Binding may also be affected, which would change your pricing as well.

Will we get to see our yearbook before it goes to print?

If your school meets the incentivized Goal Due Date, Got Yearbooks? will print a complimentary full-color proof of your pages for the yearbook committee to review.

When are the final number of yearbooks due?

We will need the final number of yearbooks your school would like to order on your scheduled Final Due Date. We ask that any extras you wish to order are included in your final count, since there are no guarantees that extra yearbooks will be available to purchase once yearbooks have been submitted.

Is any money due up front?

To avoid any out-of-pocket costs, we provide you with an invoice after the yearbooks have been submitted. 50% of the total invoice is due upon receiving the yearbooks after submission, and the remaining balance is due upon delivery.
